Tech is already black, brown, women, LGBTQ, disabled, poor, and working people.  It is always the material resources, the lands that those resources come from, and the people who belong to those lands.  It is always the communities most affected by technology or its absent infrastructure.   Technology is the creative brilliance those communities bring, to our industry and the solutions we need for this world.  

Tech is us, we are the majority, and we are exercising our right to determine our lives and future. To do this TekPerfect mentors, trains, and deploys people of color in the industry to create culture and usher in new innovative ways to address the inequities that exist today.
